Montes Albó Inc. began operations early in 2003. Out of a small unobstrusive address in San Juan, Puerto Rico a family of enthusiastic entrepeneurs began bottling a homemade sauce with the colorful name of Chimichurri Montes Albó. The sauce is named after the family who hailed from Tenerife in the Canary Islands to San Juan in the early 1900s.
